This Refund and Cancellation Policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applies to all purchases made on the Future Path Intelligence Platform operated by Shrawan Kumar Upadhyay HUF. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

2. Report Unlock — Refund Policy
Report unlock fees are non-refundable once you have successfully unlocked and accessed your Human Development Blueprint™ report. The digital nature of the report means access cannot be “returned” once granted.
Exceptions — Full Refund Eligible:
- Report not generated: If your report has not been generated within 48 hours of successful payment due to a technical error on our side, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
- Payment processed but access not granted: If your payment was confirmed but you were not able to access the report, please contact us within 24 hours and we will either resolve the access issue or issue a full refund.
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at:
Please include in your email:
- Your registered email address
- The Cashfree order ID or payment reference number
- The service you purchased and the issue you encountered
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds are processed through Cashfree Payments and credited to the original payment method.
- Credit card refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement.
- UPI and net banking refunds typically take 3–5 business days.
- We will send you an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
6. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We respond to all bank chargeback inquiries and provide full transaction documentation. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly without the chargeback process.

For refund queries or complaints, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@futurepathcounselling.in or our support team at info@futurepathcounselling.in. We will respond within 2 business days. Complaints not resolved to your satisfaction may be escalated to the Grievance Officer who will respond within 30 days in accordance with the IT Rules, 2021.
