- Gender (optional, used only for life-stage assessment calibration)
- School or institution name, class level, academic stream, and board (for students)
- Profession and industry (for professionals)
- Password — stored in encrypted (hashed) form; we never store plain-text passwords
2.2 Assessment Data (Sensitive Personal Data)
This constitutes sensitive personal data under the IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011. It includes:
- Your responses to all assessment questions — interests, personality, aptitude, learning style, emotional intelligence, values, motivation, and work style
- Psychometric scores derived from your responses — Big Five personality dimensions, Holland RIASEC code, cognitive aptitude scores across 8 dimensions
- Career compatibility scores across 19 career ecosystems
- Your generated Human Development Blueprint™ report
Important: Assessment data is psychometric in nature and reflects your self-reported responses at a point in time. It is not a clinical diagnosis, a medical record, or a definitive characterisation of your personality or intelligence.
2.3 Payment Information
Payments are processed through a secure, RBI-authorised third-party payment gateway. We do not collect, store, or process card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, net-banking credentials, or any other sensitive financial data on our servers. We store only the transaction reference number, payment status, amount, and date.
Security notice: If you receive an email, call, or message from any person claiming to be SHRAWAN KUMAR UPADHYAY HUF seeking sensitive financial data such as debit/credit card PINs, net-banking, or mobile banking passwords, please do not provide such information. Report it immediately to a law enforcement agency.
2.4 Usage & Device Data

We may track your behaviour and preferences on our Platform. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. You always have the option to not provide certain information by choosing not to use a particular feature on the Platform.
3. Usage
We use personal data to provide the services you request. Specifically:
- Service delivery: To administer your assessment, generate your Human Development Blueprint™, and display your report within your account.
- AI-assisted report generation: Your anonymised psychometric profile and assessment responses are transmitted to a third-party AI service to generate personalised report text. The AI service processes this data under a data processing agreement and does not use your data to train its models.
- Payment processing: To verify and confirm your payment for report access and counselling sessions through our authorised payment gateway partner.
- Account management: To create and manage your account, authenticate sessions, and reset passwords.
- Communication: To send assessment completion notifications, payment confirmations, and service-related updates. To the extent we use your personal data to market to you, we will provide you the ability to opt out of such uses.
- Platform improvement: Anonymised, aggregated usage data may be used to improve assessment quality and platform experience. Individual psychometric data is never used for this purpose.
- Dispute resolution and troubleshooting: To resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and detect and protect against error, fraud, and criminal activity.
- Legal compliance: To comply with applicable Indian laws, court orders, or lawful government requests, and to enforce our Terms of Use.
You understand that your access to these products/services may be affected in the event permission is not provided to us.
4. Sharing
We may share your personal data internally within our group entities and affiliates to provide you access to services and products offered by them. We may disclose personal data to third-party service providers solely to operate the Platform:
We may also disclose personal data to government agencies or other authorised law enforcement agencies if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our users or the general public.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
5. Security Precautions
To protect your personal data from unauthorised access or disclosure, loss, or misuse, we adopt reasonable security practices and procedures. Once your information is in our possession or whenever you access your account, we adhere to our security guidelines to protect it against unauthorised access and offer the use of a secure server. By using the Platform, users accept the security implications of data transmission over the internet, which cannot always be guaranteed as completely secure. Users are responsible for ensuring the protection of login and password records for their account.
6. Data Deletion and Retention
You have an option to delete your account by visiting your profile and settings on our Platform — this action will result in you losing all information related to your account. You may also write to us at the contact information provided below to assist you with these requests. We may, in the event of any pending grievance or claims, refuse or delay deletion of the account.
We retain your personal data for a period no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under any applicable law. Specific retention periods:
- Account and profile data: Duration of account plus 3 years after deletion
- Assessment responses and report data: 5 years from assessment date
- Payment transaction records: 7 years as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961
- Session and usage logs: 90 days for security monitoring
However, we may retain data related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for other legitimate purposes. We may continue to retain your data in anonymised form for analytical and research purposes.
7. Your Rights
You may access, rectify, and update your personal data directly through the functionalities provided on the Platform. You also have the following rights under applicable Indian data protection laws:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Data portability: Request your assessment response data in a machine-readable format.

8. Consent

You, while providing your personal data over the Platform, consent to us contacting you through SMS, instant messaging apps, call, and/or email for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
